The Center for Disease Control (CDC) estimates that over 80 million U.S. adults qualify as having prediabetes, and many of these cases are undiagnosed.  The good news is, that it is  possible to reverse Type 2 prediabetes and diabetes with dietary changes. That's why it is so important to be pro-active.

Just stop in at a convenient time for you between 2 pm and 5 pm.  The screening will include a waist measurement, a BMI (height and weight), and an optional fingerstick to obtain a blood sugar reading.
