During this unprecedented time of great uncertainty many of us are feeling isolated, anxious and overwhelmed. As devastating as this pandemic has been, it can certainly be used as a wake up call to everyone in our community to start caring about our health. As our state begins to re-open it’s as important as ever, that we take steps to put our health first.
This presentation will briefly discuss the research we now have on how COVID19 spreads; ways to boost your immune system; and several calming and grounding techniques (breath work, seated Qi gong exercises) that can easily be incorporated into our daily self care.
This class will be lead by Karen Radkte,MSN, APN. In addition to being a holistic Nurse Practitioner, she is also a Board Certified Health Coach, with over 18 years experience in various healthcare settings, including primary care and chronic disease management.
