A gentle breath & movement class intended to help you come home to your body, open your heart and feel more alive.
This class is 1 hour in duration and includes gentle, fluid movement set to music, simple breathing techniques, and guided meditation.

What you’ll need:
A yoga mat or exercise mat
Comfortable clothes
Bare feet
Water
Eye mask or extra piece of clothing to cover your eyes during meditation
We will meet OUTDOORS in the courtyard in front of Choices. In the event of rain or other inclement weather, the class will be cancelled and rescheduled.
