Herbal Immunity Class
Learn about the power of nature's medicine for seasonal threats including: herbs for immunity, herbs for defending against bacteria and viruses and herbs for preventative care. We will be highlighting what you can do to tone the body's own defenses and ensure you can make your own winter's medicine cabinet. Learn the different ways to take herbs, what to look for when buying, and how you can stock up on the most effective and potent natural medicine. This class is for beginner and curious herbal minds but all are welcome!
This informative class will be led by Abbie Bradford. She is a Registered Nurse with a Bachelor’s degree in Nursing. She is a Certified Transformational Nutrition Coach specializing in a holistic based approach to healing, has completed studies in Herbalism and is working on her Master Herbalism Certification. It is through this foundation, in addition to years of her own health journey that she has come to be an expert in nutritional, herbal and essential oil remedies for true root-cause healing. She believes this kind of ancient medicine will once again become the forefront of healthcare. She is fortunate to have a deep understanding of biology and anatomy through her nursing education coupled with the holistic transformational training to be able to look at health concerns from a whole-body perspective.
Abbie is passionate about spreading the knowledge for natural remedies and is determined to educate people how to be more aware of their own bodies and health. In her free time she loves the outdoors and to travel to new cultures.
